Pearl Chair is built on shape, soul, texture, movement, and form—crafted by hand, grounded in technique, and made to move with you.
Founded by Wikkie Kruasophon, Pearl Chair is a womenswear label focused on sculptural form, thoughtful construction, and soulful design. Originally from Thailand, Wikkie spent two decades in New York, studying at Parsons School of Design and working with fashion houses like Lee Anderson Couture, Luca Luca, Anna Sui, and Kenneth Cole.
She built her design career through hands-on work—not just sketching, but mastering draping and pattern making the old-school way: by doing it. Wikkie still prefers to design directly on the form, where fabric, silhouette, and instinct meet. Her process is rooted in technique but driven by feeling.
With Pearl Chair, she brings together her Thai roots and NYC fashion foundation to create garments that feel modern, refined, and quietly powerful.
“I like to start with the fabric in my hands. Let it tell me where it wants to go.”
